In seventh grade students will continue to use mental math and estimation strategies.  This will include computaion with whole numbers and decimals and metric measurements.  They will use algebraic properties and number sense  to compare and order integers,  and perform the basic four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).   Measures of central tendency (mean, median, mode) will also be reviewed.
